In order to position the Septic truck close enough to the tank needing pumped out, it may be necessary to maneuver the truck onto the driveway and/or the yard. By signing this form as the homeowner or its representative, you are hereby releasing A-1 Septic Systems from any liability associated with these actions.

 

You understand and assume the risk of any damage to the driveway and yard. Potential damage may include but not limited to: driveway cracks, separation, collapse, holes, ruts, flaking, yard ruts, turf damage, underground utility lines damage, irrigation systems, septic leach field damage, and more.
